What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per design/size. For trial orders we're flexible — contact us to discuss smaller quantities, though the unit price will be higher. Large orders above 10,000 pcs receive best-tier pricing.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we strongly recommend it. We offer blank structural samples (free), digital color-accurate samples, and fully finished pre-production samples. Samples are typically ready in 3–5 business days.
How long does production and shipping take?
Mass production takes 10–15 business days after sample approval. Shipping: sea freight 20–30 days, air freight 7–10 days, express courier 3–5 days.
What artwork format do you need?
Please supply vector files (AI, PDF, CDR, or EPS) with all fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI in CMYK color mode. We provide a free dieline template.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory — Yingye Packaging Co., Ltd., located in Panyu District, Guangzhou. We own our equipment and manage every step of production.
Do you ship to the US, Europe, and Australia?
Yes — we ship worldwide and have experience with customs documentation for most major markets. We work with DHL, FedEx, and sea freight carriers.
Are your boxes environmentally friendly?
Yes. Our standard corrugated stock uses high recycled content and is 100% recyclable. FSC-certified paper and soy-based inks are available on request.
Can I do OEM or private label packaging?
Absolutely — OEM and ODM are our core services. We sign NDAs on request and maintain strict confidentiality for all client designs.
