The greyboard core — typically 1,200gsm — is wrapped in specialty paper, fabric, or leather-texture material and does not collapse. That is the point.

Interior options: velvet lining, satin lining, EVA foam die-cut inserts, vacuum-formed plastic trays, cardboard spot glue dividers, and ribbon or elastic holder systems. Every insert is sized to your specific product dimensions.

Finishing: hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and spot UV on outer wrap paper.
