Most clothing brands switch to eco-friendly mailer boxes for the same reason: their customers started asking questions about packaging waste, and a plain brown box with a printed label stopped being a good enough answer.
The problem is finding sustainable apparel packaging that actually holds up in transit. Recycled corrugated has a reputation for being weaker than virgin board. In practice, the flute grade and wall construction matter far more than whether the liner is recycled — and a correctly specified E-flute or B-flute recycled corrugated mailer box performs identically to virgin alternatives under standard courier conditions.
Our eco-friendly corrugated clothing mailer boxes are manufactured from FSC-certified recycled board, printed with water-based inks, and built without lamination films or plastic components. The box is 100% curbside recyclable. The sustainability claim holds up — because it is based on verified material certifications rather than marketing language.
Garments are awkward to pack. They are light, variable in fold volume, and shift inside the box during transit in a way that heavier products do not. The structural requirement for a clothing mailer is different from a cosmetics or electronics box — you need a self-locking base that does not require tape, a tuck closure that stays closed under light handling, and enough internal volume flexibility to accommodate different garment configurations without needing a different box size for every SKU.
Our corrugated clothing mailer boxes are custom-sized to your specific garment dimensions and fold configuration. E-flute is the standard specification for lightweight apparel — it keeps box weight down, which matters at scale when you are paying per-kilogram shipping rates. B-flute is available for heavier items like denim and outerwear where additional compression strength is needed.

We are a Guangzhou factory. No agents, no middlemen — you are talking directly to the people making your boxes. Lead time is 15-20 days from proof approval. Samples are available before full production. Every material we use carries FSC or recycled content certification, so when your brand makes a sustainability claim about your packaging, it is backed by paperwork, not just a supplier’s verbal assurance.
Print quality on recycled corrugated is something we get asked about regularly. Recycled kraft liner is more textured than coated white alternatives, which affects very fine detail and light color gradients. Bold graphics, clean typography, and solid brand colors print well. If your design has elements that might be affected, we flag it during the proofing stage before production starts.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order? Yes. We produce pre-production samples before any full run. Sample lead time is 5-7 working days.
What’s the smallest size you can make? We manufacture to any dimension your garment requires. Send us your fold dimensions and we size from there.
Can the box be used for returns? Yes. A perforated return flap is available as a structural add-on, allowing the box to be resealed by the customer for return shipments.
Do the sustainability certifications cover the inks as well? Yes. We use water-based inks throughout, no solvent inks or heavy metal pigments. The complete box including inks and adhesives is recyclable through standard curbside programs.
Can I print inside the box and keep it recyclable? Yes. Interior printing with water-based inks does not affect recyclability. The box remains fully curbside recyclable.
